Conditions and supplementary charges
Domestic arrivals:
Allowed time: 30 minutes after flight’s arrival.
International arrivals:
Allowed time: 45 minutes after flight’s arrival.
Supplementary waiting:
Depending on the selected car, the rate will be divided by 15 minutes laps.

Regular service
Residence, office or other:
Allowed time: 15 minutes without charge.
Supplementary waiting:
Depending on the selected car, the rate will be divided by 15 minutes laps.

Cancellation/Modification
(Town cars & Stretched limousines)
Minimum two (2) hours notice:
No charge.
Less than two (2) hours notice:
Charges depend of the reservation on hand.

No show:
Charges depend of the reservation on hand.

Pick-up and Drop-off
-To get your car or limousine service at the Montreal-Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport, go to the limousine dispatch booth located on the sidewalk, outside the airport building. Identify yourself to the dispatch, an airport employee, and ask for Classic Limousine. Your limousine will arrive in the next two minutes. The car is already there, but for practical reason, we can't park in front of the door. No matter what time, a responsible will take care of your service.
- In Tremblant, Groupe Classique Limousine will wait for the clients who have to pick up their keys at the Tremblant Sunstar or Les Suites reception in order to bring them directly to their unit or hotel.

Please Note
Maximum passengers can be affected by the number of luggage pieces. There is a baggage limit of 1 suitcase per person in a car or limo at maximum capacity. Additional baggage services are available.
